Who is behind GoingForCloud ?
Hey reader! My name is Nikola and I am the main editor sitting behind the content on GoingForCloud platform. Developing this platform(or more precisely a blog) was a way for me to extend my reach and *hopefully* knowledge in the world of computing and information technology.
In my career I have shifted from legacy computer networking, through data center compute and currently landed on a cloud and orchestration engineer position. I have worked and gained experience in some of the worlds’ leading companies when it comes to data center and networking for enterprise customers.
Besides work, I enjoy reading about the history of computing and evolution of the field which we today call IT. I am also a huge old timer car fan and a passionate fisherman 🙂
What is GoingForCloud all about?
The platform GoingForCloud is simply a blog based content portal where users can read and educate themselves about various topics from the field of computer technology. We follow the latest trends and create short form posts which cover specific news, guides, interest or an interesting story. The goal is to spread the knowledge within the IT community and provide an amusing yet practical and useful way of engaging the community.
